About the Opportunity: We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Audit Manager & Senior Manager (2) to lead audit and assurance engagements for a diverse portfolio of clients. This role offers a hybrid work model, combining remote flexibility with in-office collaboration at our HQ, Los Angeles (Southbay) office location. The ideal candidate will be a proactive leader with strong technical expertise, a passion for client service, and the ability to manage multiple engagements efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage audit and assurance engagements for clients across various industries, ensuring high-quality service and timely delivery.
- Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of audits, reviews, and compilations in compliance with relevant standards and regulations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as their trusted advisor and identifying opportunities to add value.
- Supervise, mentor, and develop staff and managers, providing coaching and feedback to support their professional growth.
- Collaborate with partners to drive business development efforts, contributing to the growth of the assurance practice.
- Monitor emerging industry trends and updates to accounting and auditing standards, ensuring the firm’s services remain compliant and innovative.
Qualifications:
- CPA license required (active, CA)
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- 6+ years of public accounting experience, with a focus on audits and assurance services.
- Previous experience managing multiple engagements and leading audit teams.
- Strong technical knowledge of GAAP, GAAS, and other relevant standards.
- Excellent interpersonal, leadership, and project management skills.
- Proficiency in audit software, data analytics tools, and Microsoft Office applications.
Compensation & Benefits Package:
- Audit Manager: $140-175,000/year salary (DOE)
- Senior Manager: $175-230,000/year salary (DOE)
