Full-Time | Flexible Hybrid Schedule (4 Days In-Office)

The Position: We are actively seeking a Tax Director or Senior Tax Manager ready to step into a Partner-track leadership role. This is a high-impact opportunity for someone who wants to take ownership of client relationships, lead teams, and play a key role in the firm’s continued expansion.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead and manage complex tax engagements for corporations, partnerships, and high-net-worth individuals
- Serve as a strategic advisor to clients, providing proactive tax planning and consulting
- Review and oversee the preparation of federal, state, and local tax returns
- Build and maintain strong client relationships; act as a trusted business partner
- Mentor, develop, and manage tax staff and managers
- Identify opportunities for new business and contribute to firm growth initiatives
- Stay current on evolving tax laws and ensure compliance across all engagements
- Collaborate with leadership on firm strategy and operational improvements
Qualifications:
- CPA license required
- 10+ years of public accounting tax experience
- Proven experience managing complex tax engagements and client relationships
- Strong background in pass-through entities, HNW individuals, and/or closely held businesses
- Leadership experience with the ability to mentor and develop teams
- Business development mindset or interest in growing into that responsibility
- Excellent communication and advisory skills
- Desire to grow into a Partner-level role
