Senior Architectural Project Manager – Mixed-Use / Podium Projects

Location: Orange / Irvine, CA

Schedule: Full-Time | Hybrid Flexibility

The Position: We are seeking a Senior Architectural Project Manager to lead the planning, coordination, and execution of mixed-use and podium-style projects throughout Orange County. This is a leadership role responsible for overseeing project teams, managing client relationships, and driving projects from concept through construction.


What You’ll Do

  • Lead and manage multiple large-scale mixed-use and podium projects simultaneously
  • Serve as the primary client contact, maintaining strong relationships and ensuring client satisfaction
  • Oversee project schedules, budgets, staffing, and overall project performance
  • Coordinate with internal design teams, consultants, and external stakeholders
  • Guide projects through all phases: schematic design, design development, construction documents, and construction administration
  • Ensure compliance with local codes, zoning regulations, and building standards
  • Mentor and develop junior staff, fostering team growth and performance
  • Proactively identify risks and implement solutions to keep projects on track


What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture
  • Licensed Architect (preferred)
  • 10+ years of architectural experience with a focus on mixed-use and podium projects.
  • Proven experience managing large, complex projects from start to finish
  • Strong knowledge of building codes, entitlements, and construction processes in California
  • Proficiency in Revit and other industry-standard design tools
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
