About the Opportunity: We're actively hiring, looking for a talented Tax Manager to join our growing team in Anaheim. This is an exciting, unique, and pivotal opportunity where we are building a team around this person, as they lead complex tax engagements, manage some of our best high-profile clients, mentor staff, and serve as a key player with our Management group, working with high-value clients and innovative/growing industries.

Key Duties:
- Oversee tax prep and review for high-profile clients covering 'generalist' tax, HNW, individuals, partnerships, pass-throughs, S/C-corps, etc.
- Manage client projects end-to-end, ensuring deadlines are met while maintaining exceptional quality.
- Serve as a go-to consultant for complex tax planning and advisory issues.
- Manage and mentor all levels, from interns to senior accountants.
- Lead and deliver training programs, workshops, and ongoing staff development initiatives.
- Keep pace with evolving tax laws and regulations, proactively applying changes to client situations.
- Utilize tools such as CCH, BNA, XCM, and various document management and time-tracking platforms for workflow efficiency.
Qualifications - 'Must Haves'
- CPA License is mandatory
- BS in Accounting; MST / MSA / MBT is preferred, a big plus!
- 5+ years of recent public accounting firm exp,.
- 3+ years of team leadership and supervision experience.
- Strong background as a Tax Generalist with proficiency tax reviews, prep, tax compliance, tax planning, and tax management.

Compensation Package - Highly Competitive:
- Salary: $120-150K/year (DOE)
- Bonus: 25% of salary
- Full Benefits: 100% full-paid medical, dental, vision for employee + one dependent.
- PTO/Vacation: 4 weeks (Year 1)
- Profit Sharing: 401K vesting profit sharing starting at 3% in year 1, 20% by year 2, and continues to scale up with extended tenure and commitment to the firm.
