The Position: We’re seeking an experienced Senior Project Architect to join our San Francisco office. This role combines design leadership with hands-on project management, overseeing the design and delivery of complex resort residential, multifamily housing, and hospitality developments. This is a full-time hybrid opportunity, offering flexibility while maintaining a strong connection to our collaborative in-office environment.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead design and technical development for large-scale projects from concept through construction.
  • Manage project schedules, budgets, staffing, and coordination between internal teams and external consultants.
  • Collaborate closely with clients to ensure design excellence and alignment with project goals.
  • Participate in client presentations and business development initiatives.
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to junior architects and designers.
  • Ensure all design work meets code, technical, and quality standards.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
  • 15+ years of architectural experience, ideally focused on resort, hospitality, or multifamily residential projects.
  • Licensed Architect (U.S.) required.
  • Proficiency in Revit and familiarity with building systems and construction documentation.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and presentation abilities.
  • Proven success managing projects, budgets, and teams through all design phases.
