About the Opportunity: We are seeking an Architectural Project Manager/SR. PM to join our high-performing Hospitality group in either our Irvine or San Diego studios. This role is ideal for a licensed architect or senior-level professional who excels in leadership, project management, coordination, and client communication. You’ll oversee multiple phases of project delivery, from programming and design through construction, while guiding teams and ensuring compliance with all Hospitality projects and requirements. Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the architectural design and project delivery process across all phases, from conceptual design through construction administration.
  • Manage design development, documentation, permitting, and construction administration processes.
  • Manage client relationships, ensure project objectives and deadlines are met, and maintain design integrity and quality standards.
  • Direct and mentor junior staff, delegating tasks and overseeing documentation, detailing, and coordination with consultants.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, consultants, and internal staff to deliver cohesive project solutions.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external consultants to manage project budgets, timelines, and approvals.
  • Serve as a key point of contact for client presentations and jurisdictional reviews.


Project Experience:

  • Hospitality (key/mandatory) - Hospitality, Hotels

Pluses/Nice to Have:

  • Retail: Retail Rollout
  • Grocery Stores: supermarkets, or food retail design


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from an accredited institution
  • 8+ years of experience in architectural project management, including client-facing responsibilities
  • Strong technical knowledge of building codes, construction documentation, and permitting processes
  • Proficiency with Revit, AutoCAD, and project management tools
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
