About the Opportunity: Seeking an Electrical Engineer/SR. ME local in San Diego or Phoenix. Join our growing teams as a pivotal lead Electrical Engineer working on mid to large-scale complex projects. This is a leadership fast-track opportunity, with uncapped growth and exposure available.

Qualifications:

• 8-20+ Yrs. of Engineering exp. at an A/E firm
• 5+ Yrs exp. as an Electrical Engineer
• Professional Engineer License (P.E. Lic)
• Project Exp. preferred (Any): Commercial, Retail, Hospitality
• Expertise: HVAC, Electrical, MEP, Project Management, and/or Leadership exp.
• Business Dev. exp. is a plus for the Director level

Full Benefits & Compensation Packages: 

• $120-165,000/year starting salary in year 1 (DOE)
