We comply with the Campaign Registry (TCR) and Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) ensuring that all SMS communications are sent with the proper consent. SMS consent or phone numbers collected for SMS purposes will not be shared under any circumstances for marketing purposes.

  • To OPT-OUT from BSP’s text messages: Text ‘STOP’ & no further messages will be sent from BSP.
  • For HELP: Text ‘HELP’ & BSP will take care of your request to assist. 
  • Message frequency & data rates may apply for all text SMS communications depending on your carrier *
  • You have the right to file a complaint with regulatory authorities if you believe your rights have been violated.

7. Third-Party Sharing & Disclosure

  • Employers for recruitment purposes. (ie: interviews, offers, reference checks, etc.)
  • Service providers assisting in operations (ie: background checks, data processing, etc.)
